Filleting Table (with fascia all round). Filleting Tables manufactured from type 304 (18/10) stainless steel 1.2mm thick with sound deadening backing and mounted on 40mm x 40mm x 3mm mild steel frame fitted with stainless steel gussets, fixing sockets, and 42mm diameter both on stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. One side of the top is fitted with a recessed polyhepthelyne cutting board 250mm wide x 25mm thick, the top of which is flush with the table top. Overall size: 1650mm long x 750mm wide x 915 high or any special lengths. Undershelves are optional either solid or slatted in either galvanized mild steel or stainless steel, also available with a scrap chute 150mm diameter to discharge into a removable waste bin.

A 150mm splashback meets the rear and both sides, up to the sides of the open cutting board. Overall size: 1650mm long x 750mm wide x 915mm high or any special lengths. The Sorting Table is designed to stand next to a peeling machine discharge chute from which the vegetables fall onto an angled table for sorting and hand finishing. A scrap hole is provided to clear waste peelings into a waste bin (by others). The table is manufactured from type 304 (18/10) stainless steel with 85mm boxed edge mounted on stainless steel legs with adjustable feet. Overall size: 1850mm x 750mm x 910mm high. |
