Bain Marie Hot Closet

The Bain Marie top and well is one piece, constructed from 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel without seams or flanges in or on the edge of the well which is designed to accept GN inserts. The Hot Closet cabinet is "monocoque construction" with no visible fasteners. Sliding doors are top hung. All controls are flush mounted on a recessed control panel mounted horizontally below the top fascia.

The Hot Closet top is constructed of 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel c/w a galvanised mild steel 1.2mm thick backing. The Hot Closet is of "monocoque construction" with no visible fasteners. The sliding doors are top hung. All controls are flush mounted on a recessed control panel mounted horizontally below die top fascia.

Serving Counter with Doors

The Serving Counter top is constructed of 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel c/w a galvanised mild steel 1.2mm thick backing. The Serving Counter are of "monocoque construction" with no visible fasteners. The sliding doors are top hung. A recessed panel mounted horizontally below the top fascia conceals the top hung track and is designed to match the bain-marie Hot Closet.

Serving Counter without Doors.

This Serving Counter is constructed from 1.2mm type 304 stainless steel c/w a galvanised mild steel 1.2mm thick backing. The top fascia of the Serving Counter is 40mm and is flush with the cabinet base on three sides, with a 20mm overhang on the front. This feature, which applies to all the above counters facilitates side and back to back installations. The Serving Counter is of "monocoque construction" with no visible fasteners.
