Cape Stainless model CSPT Preparation Tables are manufactured entirely from grade 304 (18/8) 1,2mm thick stainless steel. The worktop has a 50mm fascia on all sides and a standard width of 750mm. The Preparation table is crevice free, hygienic and easy to clean. All welds are ground smooth and polished to match a No4 finish of the stainless steel. The underside is coated with sound deadening
